Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed by 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT ship the next business day.

Delivery: standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped, via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on your location and package size.

Cost: $5.99 flat rate on all U.S. orders. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more.

International: we ship internationally. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged: contact info@kempbeauty.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
