Lashes & Cosmetics

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lashes, cosmetics, or skincare products.

Sealed, unopened, and unused products in their original packaging may be returned for a refund if the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Beauty Tools & Accessories

Changed your mind? No problem! Unused beauty tools and accessories in their original packaging are eligible for a refund if the return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Kits & Bundles

Kits and bundles may be returned provided all products are sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Partial returns are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

Something not right? We’ve got you! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Make a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@kempbeauty.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
